All school meals are prepared and cooked on-site by our kitchen team. Food and More produce our meals and we work with them to develop a menu that fits with our Healthy Schools approach. Special dietary needs are catered for through discussion with the Food and More team, who develop a menu specific to the dietary need.
All pupils in Reception and Years 1 and 2 are now entitled to Universal Free School Meals. For pupils in Years 3 and above who are not in receipt of Free School Meals, the cost of a school meal is £2.30 per meal and this must be submitted on Monday morning for the week ahead. We ask parents to advise us of set meal patterns. We do not offer credit and meals should not be taken in advance of payment, except in exceptional circumstances, any outstanding balances must be paid in full within one week.
Where parents wish to send money into the school office, please remember to put dinner money in a sealed envelope with your child's name and class details on the front including meal pattern.
Should you feel that you are entitled to Free School Meals, please complete the application form and return to the school office. Please complete the form even if your child is receiving Universal Infant Free School Meals as Woodstock Primary receives additional pupil funding for those entitled to Free School Meals.
