Carnival - Creative Arts Week
The whole school took part in a Carnival parade to cap off a wonderful Creative Arts week on Friday 26 May. Y6 - Injury Minimisation Programme for Schools
The first group of Y6 children took part in this session this morning. Children were taught emergency life skills including basic life support, how to use an automated external defibrillator, how to put someone into the recovery position and the management of choking. All classes visited walked to the Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock this week to take part in 'Cheering on the Greeks' workshops. Children re-enacted the Ancient Olympic Games and made clay discuses.
