International Day of Mathematics (IDM) is a worldwide event that we are celebrating in school this week. Children are participating in a wide range of fun activities and considering this year's theme of 'Mathematics Unites', proposed by a Canadian student who explains:

“Mathematics unites, to signal that it is a common language we all have and a common subject with which to find one another.”
