Our Down at the Bottom of the Garden Launch day was wonderful. We hope you enjoy looking at all our photographs.

This morning we planted a broad bean seed each and will now watch our seed grow in class before we take it home. We also went to forest school where we went on a number hunt and looked for mini-beasts in the forest with our magnifying glasses and binoculars. Using an old wooden pallet, we also helped to build a bug hotel. Lastly, we enjoyed making bird feeders for the birds, using cheerios and blueberries. We tried to make repeating patterns with them.

This afternoon we were in the EYFS garden area with Trudy, planting lots of different plants - lavender, rosemary, geraniums and pansies. We still have lots of seeds left to plant, which we will do tomorrow. We will enjoy watering them and watching them grow!
