Year 6 Residential - Day Four
It was another busy day of activities on the penultimate day at Frontier Centre - whilst the children also celebrated a special birthday.
After a messy evening at the mud baths for some - and a drier time at the adventure playground for others - the children faced a rude awakening with an early fire alarm. Thankfully, all was fine for the children to return to bed and rest up for today's activities.
It was a day for showing perseverance and conquering fears as two groups took on the climbing wall whilst the Red Kites tackled the Gladiator, 'leap of faith' and zip wire.
In the afternoon, the groups either paddled in kayaks, aimed at targets in archery or dropped downwards in abseiling. Two groups also tested their trustworthiness on the 'Walk the Plank' activity.
Tonight is the final evening of the trip - and there is huge anticipation for the infamous Talent Show.
